Cancellations

We do our best to be understanding and accommodating to extenuating circumstances.


In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to reschedule. 


We require a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation and rescheduling  for appointments. 


Two cancellations within the 24 hour period will result in a 25% fee of the total of the missed appointment being charged to continue to book with our salon. 


In the event of a late cancellation or no show a 25% fee of the total of the missed appointment will be charged fee to continue to book appointments.

Services

We have recently updated our children  policy and the age range for this service will now be 12 to 13 years old.


We always want you to love your hair, so if you are unhappy with your service, please give us a call no more than two weeks from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a redo free of charge in order to make it right.

Products

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from the shop, you may  exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 30 days of  purchase.
