Cancellations

In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to reschedule. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation and rescheduling  for appointments. After two cancellations within the 24 hour period will  result in a fee being charged to continue to book with our salon. In  the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged a fee  to continue to book appointments. We do our best to be understanding and  accommodating to extenuating circumstances.

Services

We always want you to love your hair, so if you are unhappy with your  service, please give us a call no more than two weeks from your original  service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a redo free  of charge in order to make it right. We do not provide monetary refunds for services.

Products

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from the shop, you may  exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 30 days of  purchase.
