In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.
We require a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation and rescheduling for appointments.
We have recently updated our children policy and the age range for this service will now be 12 to 13 years old.
We always want you to love your hair. If you are unhappy with your service please give us a call no more than two weeks from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for the opportunity to address any issues. We do not provide refunds for services, only adjustments. Thank you for understanding.
If you are unhappy with any product purchased from the shop, you may exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 30 days of purchase.
